    2. OneHive will come into your office where we can watch, listen, and talk with your employees

    3. Afterwards, we debrief together and discuss your culture's current state and create a plan together

    4. We will always send you a written debrief that you will be able to reference at your convenience

It's extremely common to teach leadership, but how often do we teach employees how to effectively communicate upwards?  Having a great culture is more about having great communication, not just great leadership.  OneHive prefers involving everyone, giving all your people a common language, acting like a framework, to have transparent, yet professional conversations.
